Blake M gave me a projection of possible rents a month before I even entered into a contract to purchase a property. A tenant was just selected now- and the monthly rent is exactly within the range that Blake had provided to me!Third, the fact they were working in my best interest was clear during this process. Just randomly because of our closing timeline, the walkthrough with the Builder was scheduled for the day after Christmas!
