Our Acquisitions Agent will be your main point of contact on the front end and will direct you to the appropriate department or individual for specific questions outside of their expertise. America's Rental Managers has specific departments staffed with professionals to assist you when you have questions. We have a maintenance team, a leasing team, a renewals team, a quality assurance team, a collections team, and an accounting team. You will be able to speak to someone who specializes in your question when you need assistance. This is a real benefit to property owners! You will not have to speak to the leasing team about your finances, nor will you have to speak to accounting about your maintenance.

We will list a home while occupied. We require a move out inspection prior to the new tenant’s move in. We will list an owner-occupied home, a tenant-occupied home, or a vacant home. We will also take over management of a tenant-occupied property with an existing lease agreement.

How do I get started?
To get started, the Acquisitions Agent will visit your home to assess its rent readiness and determine a market rental rate. Then, America's Rental Managers will need a signed Management Agreement, Listing Checklist (a simple checklist of amenities and special instructions specific to your property), a Form W-9, and a completed ACH form with a voided check. In addition, all utilities will need to remain on through the first day of the lease, the home needs to be professionally cleaned (including the carpets), paint needs to be in good condition, and the yard needs to be maintained. The better a home looks, the better it shows!
